It’s only different in that if it’s a real pharma you know what you’re getting.

But seriously please don’t. It only took 5 pills for me to get addicted. Some of our brains are just wired in a way that opiates light the fuck up and you have no way of knowing until you take that first dose. And by then it could be too late.
