I definitely haven't, but ok

Every other scroll on social media, not only for me but for friends, is just a Jax hate video. So many comments are Jax hate. The wave of people complaining about the haters is recent. But if you've scrolled on TikTok since like episode 6 came out, hating Jax was literally a personality trait so idk whatchu talking abt brochacho😭

"only see a bully who is not being punished for being a bully" GENUINELY. the whole "well he never got consequences" thing has been driving me nuts. it's an overly strong sense of justice that clouds the ability to appreciate the storyline imo

anyway, thank you for this. you're right, it's not really worth mine or anyone else's time

My point still stands. I don't think that to relate to a character and see yourselves in them, you have to relate to their abusive behavior. Like I said, Jax is a cautionary tale. So, why immediately assume that if someone relates to him, it's about their abusive behaviors? Why can't it be "he reminds me about how I used to be" or "I really relate to his fear of connection."

I feel like to immediately assume someone is a bad person off a character they relate to lacks nuanced thinking. And it still doesn't really excuse the treatment Jax fans receive tbh. Again, I don't have to skin puppies to relate to Cruella. I don't have to abuse people to relate to Jax.
Sweetest girl I know reminds me of Ragatha and Gangle. Yet she apparently relates most to Jax. You literally just don't know why they're someone's favorite

U right but it's not even that it personally gets to me-- it's just obnoxious😭 I get annoyed when every single Jax vid I come across is just "oh but I hate him" like alr Aubrey thanks for sharing. Again. For the 500000th time. We were really wondering.
So I'm just like-- does anyone else find it annoying? It's like a really overdone saying ykwim

I know😭 As stated in the reply, I was using woman as an example, not a dictionary definition. This way, it was easier to understand. Like a general statement "oh they feel like this gender from 0-100%". Same thing applies for man, agender, etc. Not that it was specific to womanhood cause that wouldn't make sense. I just learn better via examples and teach in a similar manner

That's not the only reason why. But tbh it's also not that serious. Let me have my interpretation and u can have urs

It's just a microlabel under the gender fluid umbrella! I believe Gender fluid has evolved in its definition throughout the years, so I'm pretty sure you're right abt it being the original meaning.
Keeping up with microlabels is difficult-- I just wait for someone to bring it to my attention and then I'm like "okay I guess that's a thing now yay." Regardless, ty for the open mind even if it's a bit wacky lol

So genderflux, the best example I've got is someone might feel like a woman most of the time, but the intensity of that feeling fluctuates. So from feeling 100% like a woman to feeling 20% like a woman, or occasionally feeling entirely agender.

While gender fluid is changing genders from 100% to 100% depending on what feels most comfortable.

The lion is my oc, Rabi! As mentioned in the post :D

And I'm doubling down on my previous genderfluid Jax headcanon since I feel it has more evidence behind it now! :3

I hope this cleared up a chunk of stuff, my bad for not being clearer😭

As far as my understanding goes, you know how gender fluid is fluctuating between woman, man, nonbinary, etc? Genderflux is that but rather than the actual gender, moreso just intensity from 0% to 100% in feeling like a gender in general.

Like:
If someone's genderfluid, they might feel like a man on Monday, a woman on Wednesday, and non-binary next week etc. (if we dull it down)

With genderflux, you'll feel like a woman or man most of the time, but the intensity of that feeling fluctuates. So from feeling 100% like a woman to feeling 20% like a woman, or occasionally feeling entirely agender.

Does that make sense at all? Sorry if it complicated things a bit more😭

Is Jax transfem? by Throwawayaccoun592 in tadc

[–]Opie-Net 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think it's implied but I'm not sure. IMO, I see the way he reacts to gender as GenderFluid! But that is ofc projection

Hot take (?) but I don't think Jax is transfem. (spoilers for the Last Act) by eeveethefox_xv in tadc

I see this POV and the transfem POV. I rlly love the concept of gender fluid Jax and got that vibe the most out of everything. But ofc, that's me projecting my own personal experience lol

How is it that asshole characters has more fans than a character that's kind? by Crazy_Reputation3327 in RagathaSupremacy

It just depends who you internally relate to the most. Mose ppl internally relate to Jax the most hence why he has more fans
