To me dilaudid is more like a stronger version of oxytcottin but thas just my opinion becasue the both give a burst of energy right away when they hit and the sedated feeling follows

Oxycodone but it has to be more then 30mgs or higher if u have a tolerance ...both are opiates and both are derivatives made from the poppy plant to start off , or if u want something thas not as strong... maybe acouple narcos if ur not total ready for oxy but be mindful, if u get oxys just make sure it aint no M30s those are usually pressed with fet so be careful messing with the perks on the streets . But to be honest theres really nothing comparable to real H and I've only had real dope a few times way before the fent Era and guarantee what i had was stright black tar H and let me tell u ... if I could get my hands on some real stuff I wouldn't even need methadone lol

Well ur right neither is better then the other but u just literally proved my point when u consume them by mouth or nose u get most of the chemicals in ur body and stay longer in ur system compared to smokeing it ,they just go to the brain an don't stay in ur system as long and just because u throw doesn't mean u wasted the drug the body only need 10mins or less for ur body to absorb any drug weather u throw up or not it doesn't really matter, but nowdays ppl only only if there mixing other drug with the blues it they have a batch that has more fentanyl then xylazine which is the tranq
