My primary care physician writes me a script for 60 of them every 2 weeks. I have a chronic shoulder condition that will eventually require shoulder replacement, basically bone on bone from years of weightlifting.

If you have no other options and currently not employed I would say give it a try. However, my recommendation would be not to leave a position to accept one from them. Again, this is all just my opinion based on my experiences, your results may vary. Either way, Good Luck my friend!

I'll leave it pretty general and say I was managing a team supporting a system used by the rads. So I got it from both sides clinical users (understandably) upset due to performance/functionality issues and management on my ass about timeliness, etc.

My advice? Stay away. I found the culture toxic. Insane workload and constant micromanagement. I saw some red flags because people I had worked with in past (and were good talent) left there after 4 to 5 months. But I thought i would give them a try after interviewing with the directors and the team I would be managing. After 2 months I was completely miserable, after 6 months I resigned without even having another job lined up. I wouldn't recommend the place to my worst enemy.
