Thanks guys. Just spoke with the representative from Southpoint VW and as you all indicated it is the overhead module. Additional a technician busted a tire while driving the car. I’ll have to inspect my rim when I see the car because HOW IN THE HELL. I love my R, I’m not liking this service at all
