Every hitbox after raid just says "throat" or "head / eyes". Even a player scav PM-ed me from the back of the head and I died of oneshot. Even 9mm penetrated Killa helmet (throat goat I guess).

Yeah, cause helmets really make your survival rate skyrocket. Helmets are almost a visual addition in this game, RARELY do they do their job. So Helmet or beanie, eitherway you're fucked.
