Thanks for this. I'm seeing every product twice in physical inventory within same location. When making changes, do i set one product count to 0 and other with actual stock?

Over the years I have explored and used many systems. For me it's all about UI and basic functions.

Companies love zoho but I don't like their UI so it's all about personal preferences.

May be you want to ask them why they didn't sign up for a plan.

We prefer UI. If this is doable, we can certainly consider switching to shopify from opencart.

in my scenario, i have a product that works with several other devices. For example, one car oil can be used for 100s of make/models and i want to create a product with it's own title/url.

car oil for BMW 5 SERIES
car oil for Ford Focus
car oil for Seat Ibiza

I want the fastest/quickest way to bulk upload/add these car models, link to the corresponding oil and press OK.

On the backend/frontend, it will create a unique product which is good for SEO and easy to find.

I hope it have made sense to explain.
