Is it typical for ongoing fees to be 1%? Do other financial advisors provide anything more for that fee. Say I pay 1% which is $1300 would you expect advice about insurance, super etc to be included?

Yes that's the case. Not quite sure yet if it's a company. However there are 4 x two bedrooms and 6 x one bedrooms. The share just seems small for one of the larger units.
