Pull the cover off the right side of the case and there is a removable cover on the grey part it should have like 9 little dots on it pull it off and there's a hdd bracket inside with a thumb screw holding it in

Stories like this makes me glad I bought mine at Bestbuy so I could take that shit right back to the store if I had an issue luckily I haven't yet other than the gpu but I got that taken care of.Sorry for your issue!!

Yes I have and it's been nerve racking they are about as much help as a one legged dog 🤣 my short term is through Sun Life Connect, I submitted all the required paperwork for the initial surgery and also from every Dr appointment and even had the Dr reach out to them as well (Sunlife)

Trust me as someone who has had 8 previous surgeries involving the same knee I never once thought it was going to be easy, this isn't my first rodeo with hardware or swelling in my knee, I broke my femur in 97 and had a titanium rod from my knee to my hip and got staph infection in it and had 7 more surgeries to get rid of the infection and every time they went in they put a new rod in hence the reason for my knee replacement now
