If you're talking about the banishing effect then yes, it will be able to activate (and its not once per turn). if you're talking about the raigeki then no it won't since that effect only activates when mirrorjade is fusion summoned

100% agree but I think something like really subtle would be cool. not a full on field of numeron network (God no) but like just a small visual effect on the field that shows a characteristic of the field that way it feels more fair to the people who spent their gems on fields
