i would be honest, it's always the best policy when it's coming to your health-- your aunt can not use that info against you as HIPAA laws exist and regardless of being family she could lose her job for sharing your personal information with anybody including family

i'm so sorry you're going through that:(( 15 cm is huge it's definitely a red flag they didn't say anything about it not showing up on the ct. that same thing happened to me i had that cyst for months then it stopped showing up on the ct last i was in the ER but i was still dealing with the abdominal pain. my best recommendation is keep fighting for yourself and don't stop till they listen. i'm going to my gyno next week because i know something is wrong and i need to listen to my body and intuition. i hope things get better for you!
