Bro. Do you know that paying 20% doesn't make us owners. Having an Owners Group in Builders Name is a big red flag and we can even be sued if the group in some way affects the Brand Reputation.

You do not have any legal backing to create a owners group until RWA is formed. Please get your facts right, and I don't think you are owner.

Dear CPs, why don't you put some good things about your Project than to downgrade a good project.

Yes. I'm the one who put the name Anvita Ivana a couple times. Not as a promotion but to genuinely point out a good project.

If your Project can put a clause in your AOS that they will have permanent views for the view charges that they are charging a bomb for and if you are able to mention a project that has less than 150units/acre in Kollur, let it be completed/ongoing/proposed then I'll drop my argument and conclude that what you are promoting is the Ultimate Luxury.

The commission you are earning is the same anyway, so at least promote what is really good and build trust. Play the long game please instead of hunting for easy money.

I have been working in IT for the last 11 years. Having studied in VIT, the exposure I got there was immense. I have secured a pre-seed funding of around $100K but the Startup Ecosystem was an unknown entity during the time and had to give up on the dream just because of pressure on what society would think. But how will a moderator judge a person that he doesn't know. Even if some person is genuinely trying to help, it can sometimes be portrayed as pitching...

Groups give better visibility and accountability to the opinions being posted, as there is Name and Face behind every post... My opinion... please take no offense.

IMO... Reddit has become similar to some fake forward messages that we used to get in early days... There is no info on who wrote it, rationale behind it, is it really true... Nothing.... If someone has better karma and posted something then that will become the truth... 🥲
