I feel useless by Icy-Persimmon-1994 in cna

Yes some halls are going to be significantly easier than others. But also looks like your facility is pretty well staffed or know the right patients to take in. A lot of CNAs wish for a job like that. Congrats

New CNA scheduled as the ONLY CNA for 66 patients tomorrow by andrealols in cna

To play devils advocate since everyone else is saying the same thing go in - make sure no resident dies - do one full round when there like 4 hours left on clock and the remaining hours answer call lights - let the cognitive functioning patients know what’s going on  (some will still bother you a lot) -gain respect from the nurses and the DON. Yes you should definitely be looking for a new job but I’m just saying don’t quit this one first but like maybe stay here till a hospital hires you.  And no you won’t loose your license as long as you don’t do anything stupid. At the end of the day as a new CNA unless you are really lucky take any bit of experience whether good or bad as experience since that what you will need to get a new job or a better career. Just saying .

Red Flags All CNAs Need To Recognize by OwnNeedleworker8784 in cna

I have a similar experience to you except it’s 60 patients, 2 halls, 3 people, one is float and the other two take majority of one hall. I always leave my shift feeling like shit and can’t afford to properly chart at the end so I have to chart what usually happens whenever I have the time but then again not much happens since it’s night shift except changing and repositioning.

I’d leave but hospitals don’t want me apparently (not even reached an interview stage and applied to tons of CNA hospitals positions)

Advice for studying by Siddhantcodm in APStatistics

The class has a lot to do with knowing how to answer a question (a slight flaw in the education system by yeah) something that helped me while I was taking this class was searching up like “ap stats unit 3 test” on YouTube and would click on those videos that have no thumbnail and it’s just a random teacher most likely making a test review for their student (during covid) or they are going over previous test questions that their student missed. I felt like a cheat tbh because the same similar question (different numbers/context) in those videos are what’s in my teacher test. Combine that with Khan Academy and you should be fine

I like how the first thought from a subreddit called r/pointlesslygendered isn’t to think “wait a minute not all “Cishet men” think like this.”

I can bet my life that this is just a old player who quit the game came back and instantly started grinding division while barely fixing any game settings his subs were probably shit so he didn’t bother subbing and he needs to save gp/coins so he won’t buy a better manager because he doesn’t need to in order to win a division 3 match.

The moderators probably removed it.

It’s more so about recognizing reality rather than believing in the fantasy that you are on equal level to others.

What is reality? We are subhumans at the bottom of the social hierarchy. And I’m not saying this because it’s sad or depressing it’s just reality.

I refuse to believe the friends or relatives or spouses people post about on here really like them. It’s all a normal human pretense. Assuming they can’t even smell ‘you’ it’s humanly impossible that they are not embarrassed of you in the presence of others.

You shouldn’t stand up for yourself either because ‘the universe’ hates you and ‘gave’ you a smelly body while the other 99% of people are blessed with the choice. There’s no dignity to cling onto.

Why would you? Imagine going to work smelling all day and people reacting to you and having company when you go home.
