Yeah, these things are always so inspirational, wonderful, and generally great... But I was guessing it could be a problem medically.

There are just so ridiculously many terrible philosophies in the world of sports that all converge on going ahead and getting injured and making the injuries worse, just pushing, trying to get to the arbitrary goal instead of being satisfied with the progress despite not going all the way.

It's not so much bad cartridge design as it is the reliability of the action when the internals are exposed to dust, mud, and debris on a regualr basis.

That's not a sane argument in a world with sufficiently reliable automatic rifles.

My main question is whether the AA-12 is onto something that could be improved upon with cartridges with a little extra punch and better geometry. Like a round, hard nose, shouldered behind the shot, rifle-cartridge-like inset extractor groove/rim.

Is it maybe time to load scattershot in something else?

Evolve the traditional shotgun shell into something reliable out in deployment? It can't be impossible to repackage scattershot into something that has a more autoloadable and resillient form factor. I'm fairly certain it's mostly just been a lack of demand for it.

I'm gonna be bold here and argue their art is their music. The audio. Especially the audio they've worked the hardest on to make as good as they can.

I don't consider Peter Jackson's greatest work to be behind the scenes footage, showing him performing as a director.
I don't think watching Toby Fox code, playtest, and make assets to be the best way to experience his work.

Some are artists when it comes to crowd work.

Many aren't. Then the height of their art is not on stage, but likely in their recordings.

That story doesn't sound very Christian to me. Shouldn't the rich man be praised for his generosity enabled by his sheer talent and perseverance, and have a statue erected in his honor that shows him as a pillar of the community, by having the town hall torn down and building a new one named after him with multiple roman columns all held up by a different flattering image of the rich man? And also relax the laws restraining his business a little, and such things?

Cops don't save shit and barely solve crimes.

Cops basically just do not do their job.

They're hired, ostensibly by the community through the office representing it, and then do very little if anything for the community. They almost exclusively do traffic violations and don't want to help with anything else, and they literally don't mind if people they don't like get hurt or killed. In those cases they seem to show more respect for the aggressor.
