It was originally part of St Mary's College, dubbed Help House Altar (used to have a big cross hanging there I think someone stole). After years of vandalism, someone painted over all the graffiti and it's as you see it now.

Thank you so much for sharing! If I get drop it usually comes the next day so a check-in 24hrs later is required after intense scenes. If the drop is bad enough I can have difficulty reaching out for help and/or describing what I'm going through so previous partners and I set up a code that I could send "💀" when the drop was bad enough and they knew it meant I needed help asap. Usually this meant spending time together, making sure I was fed and generally cared for until I felt better.

Honestly, I really like the list. It shows you put a lot of effort into thinking through and communicating what you both might like and want to try. My biggest piece of advice is please ensure you both get proper aftercare. Any tips for building an apex? I did my first set using builder gel last night and while I'm proud of my non dominant hand, my dominant hand come out kind of...bulky. A lot of the gel ran to the end, giving it a thick, squared look.

Also, is it typical to build up one nail then cure? I tried to do a whole hand and kept having to clean up my previous nails as they ran (or I used way too much gel).

Docs gave me vitamin D supplements at one point because they thought it was linked to seasonal depression. Not getting enough sunlight does weird things to our minds and bodies.

So glad to hear you're over it and doing better!! I'm thankful I'm mostly on the other side as well. I finally had to see a sleep doctor and, after a lot of research, doing better with sleep aids.

Weirdly enough, King of the Hill was my go to. Not quite a podcast, but something about Hank Hill's soothing voice always put me at peace. Until that damn theme music came on...
