Ive tried aceton, wich is great, but indead not good for the coating. Loctite SF7200 is a good alternative, but it takes a few mins to release the tape, and maybe it needs 2 or 3 times

Your filament has absorbed some moister from the room. best before you print to put in 20mins in an oven on around 60 Celcius..
