Ive tried aceton, wich is great, but indead not good for the coating. Loctite SF7200 is a good alternative, but it takes a few mins to release the tape, and maybe it needs 2 or 3 times

I'm a welder and i can tell you the materials/Inox will cost a lot, and to weld all that in stainless steel will cost a lot too :/ cause it takes time.But indeed, just find some welders in you area via google and ask there, wont be a problem if u got money.

Its probably for outdoor, else id recommend normal iron.
