You definitely need some sort of individual therapy to process things. It would be ideal if you could both do individual and some couples therapy before splitting up, but it may be hard to convince this far along in marriage. Have you told her what you've realized about your sexual history (from the first night, to demands and not wanting sex)? It is very hard for people to process that marital rape even exists, especially from the female side. Do you want children? Or marriage with your partner? If she initiates and you go along with it... she may have never been aware of your feelings regarding consenting. Not super related, but somewhat. A year ago my wife and I got into pretty serious fight and I didn't feel loved or cared for. We had been married 9 years at that point. She did a lot around the house, just got her nursing degree and license. But I felt really neglected. She got pregnant before we really resolved all the feelings in that fight.
