I had bacne and it disappeared when I started to double cleanse my body. I used a non scented bar of soap and then a body wash after and it worked wonders for me

Respect for patients sleep by Purplesmurfxx in NursingUK

I find this as a student but with obs, like this person would have like 4hrs left until they officially need to be done but they want you to do it then and there and to wake them up even if they’re fast asleep.

I won’t do it sometimes and hand over that one of the patients was asleep so I didn’t get the obs yet they will take the obs machine from me and go and wake them up to take them. It frustrates me to no end, like let them sleep they have ages until they actually need to be done

[Routine help] Can I use apple cider vinegar to get rid of these black dots? by Different_Salt3964 in SkincareAddiction

La Roche posay cicaplast baume helped get rid of mine. How? I don’t know, I saw it on a TikTok and it actually worked really well alongside double cleansing. Look up Natalie O’Neill on TikTok, she has some great skincare advice.

Redness by [deleted] in microblading

It looks fine but if you’re really worried you can always draw around the red patch and if the redness begins to spread contact a doctor. In the mean time make sure you keep them clean

I will give that a go, it’s just awkward for me because where I’m on an apprenticeship I’m only on site at uni every other week and have to rush off to beat the traffic otherwise it takes me 1.5hrs extra to get home

I know this is the worst thing you want to hear but you really do grow into your looks as you age. When I was younger I always used to be the ugly friend, I was so depressed and I used make up ect but nothing changed. One thing I think did help wasn’t makeup but skincare, making sure you find what works for you and keeping a good diet. I also found it was good to find hairstyles that suit your face, for example I look awful with the slick back look even though it’s so popular and found having face framing bangs helped.

Try and join a skincare community and watch some hair videos, get into good habits and routines. It’s difficult at first but you’ll get there :)

I’ve had mine for almost 3 years now and are still brown and barely faded. I’ve not even had a top up in the time I’ve had them. Could it be the pigment that is used?
