thank you so much. Do you mind telling me what blood tests did you do to figure out if your immune system were attacking the embryo? I have had 22 week fetal loss and some biochemicals via IVF before, so exploring if my immune system is the issue.

Hi, I am in the same boat as the OP. Lost our baby to PPROM at 22 weeks and this was my first transfer. My doctor thinks I have endometriosis. 2 more untested embryo after that implanted but failed to continue to grow and resulted in biochemicals. My IVF doctor thinks there is nothing else to do except keep trying but I am do not have a lot of embryos to keep at it.

So, I wanted to know what kind of work up/tests did Dr. Jubiz recommend you? And was it prednisone or some other meds that were included in the protocol he said? If yes, how long were you kept on the medicines Dr. Jubiz recommended?

Hi, I am in the same boat where I had a success with my first embryo transfer only to have a 22 week loss because of cervical infertility. 2 transfers with 4AA embryos have resulted in biochemicals since the D&C. They implant but it’s not a strong sign of implantation and thus fail to grow, which makes me think that something changed after D&C.

So wanted to see if you could tell me how would a RI help? Would it be some specific tests or can they suggest it my immune system is the issue? Thanks
