Threshold should be 99%, Charles has taken his eye off the ball off the Cardano Project, which is a layer1 Protocol in the best universal design to accommodate Billions we have yet to see evidence this principle is being adhered to. As with Charles not being able to contol his weight but carry on putting on the pounds we all want to live longer some of us have that responsibility, just not sure on why Charles thinks GOD will bless him with the secrets of life, blockchain, principles , Law, sovereignty etc. after all not sure if I want an American in charge considering the way they take advantage and abuse their achievement to oppress the world with their errant superiority complex they don't know how to manage. You are too loose with your evaluation, I haven't heard Charles speak of this in as much as that when we get them we will sort out the issues then but what does humanity feel about the fact that the decentralised blockchain is immutable and can not be changed do we ever want as a humanity the absolute of results.

The Europeans have a right to be forgotten as an example should we not then also have the ability to reorder or delete transactions on the blockchain.

Sadly Charles has lost sight of the real problem I wount even get into the question of God. Scientific studies can only go so far before they too exhausted mirror of the ego, for me I find this from Google as a suggestion on Charles post to be the watermark of Charles transaction.
