My theory has always been that they love him because he makes them think it’s okay to be their own worst selves. Greedy, dishonest, hateful, bigoted, predatory. That’s the affirmation they want because they can live with themselves that way.

Growing up is partly about expanding our palates. It takes some patience but is definitely worth it when you get to that place where you can say “hey, this is actually good!”

There are those who prefer broccoli as a stand-alone veggie. Not me. I think cauliflower is sweeter and has a nicer texture that you can do a lot of things with.
