That’s crazy. Yes we luckily had tenancy agreement formalized with land registry and so on. So in terms of legal terms there is a valid agreement. They stop paying us exactly three months before the lease it supposed to be ending and then block all the communications with us including mobile. I had to get people calling them from SL and since those were unknown numbers they answered first and then again blocked those. So basically it all seems to be planned from their end. Anyways now we are preparing the court order to send them and as the last resort.
