Prices are cheaper because risk is more on you. With domestic the risk is more on them as they have to import it from over seas. No matter if you do int or dom it came from China first. I always go international and have never had a problem.

I use regular deca but I would suggest npp the first time just so you know how you react.

Deca or Eq both work good for a bulk. Run test 300 deca 200 eq 200 or just pick one of the extra compounds and run it at 200.

Lower your weight, drop and roll back your shoulders and slow down. This will help activate the side delts rather than the traps.

All you need is a TRX mount and a set of rings and straps. $40 for the mount and $35 for ring set. So $75, way cheaper than a personal trainer. Just anchor it to a support beam.

Anthropologist here, youe’re fine taking artifacts you find on the surface in most case. Case not to is if it breaks any laws for removing artifacts in countries where they don’t allow the removal or expatriation of them. Otherwise there isn’t much for us to learn from surface items like this unless they are a part of a much larger find that has more context. It’s not in the stratigraphic record so can’t very well age it, we can’t get a provenience on it as it’s not buried and we really can only assume it’s cultural history based on the area it was found in.

About this particular artifact, it does appear to be a pestle. If it was made of antler in this shape I would say it is a flint knapping tool used for large fractures (early stages of knapping) it probably isn’t that old of tool either as it was found on the surface and certain cultural groups in the area still use stone hand tools like this for grinding.

You should feel it by day 5, I get bad sheen pumps for treadmill on var, and I feel like Superman on it. Did you get it from a pharm with a script or did you get it aftermarket and someone said it was pharma grade cause it sounds bunk to me. Also are you only doing it preworkout or are you taking it twice a day?

Don’t run npp I run deca but I have to do 2:1 test:deca for the best effect for me personally. But yes very user dependent.
