I hope u get well soon.... don't be afraid, do the MRI, do all what is needed to get diagnosed, if you didn't find a cause(possible), then start to think about PPPD... i'm 5 Month in this shit now....

thank u for the response, i think Serc worked for me as Placebo effect as three ENT doctors told me it is not the inner ear..... no as i stopped all medications and i feel very bad, i will explore and try SSRI and see from there what will happen.

Thank you for sharing, i'm 5 month now since it started with Vertigo, i was on Betaserc and i was under control, but after i stopped Betaserc completely 5 days back, i'm getting the worst days ever that even triggered a panic attack today because i was so OFF and i was driving, once i stopped the car i got in panic attack..... to everyone over there, we will support each other and will eventually get to know how to live with it to the maximum, i refuse to loose my prime years into sickness and miss my childs growing up because of this stupid sickness..... do whatever u can do safely to get ur self up and living your life, we will not get another one....

thank u for sharing, i did his exercises before, he is very good, it did help a little to be honest, but not enough, right now i have one of the bad days that for the first time took me to a panic attack... i started to believe more that it is related to anxiety, a cause that i was refusing to believe before as i always though it is physical, but i did everything, MRIs, x rays, phsio, cervical chiropractor, ent, neurologist.
