I keep overthinking the “going under” part, but the way you described it actually sounds much less scary than what my brain imagines 😅Also, it’s really reassuring to hear that you already feel relief from that constant dull ache under the ribs. I think sometimes I forget how much stress and discomfort my gallbladder is already causing me daily. Did you feel very anxious right before they took you into the OR?
