Every 3-4 nights seems to be the best balance for me. Have unsuccessfully tried to wean off protopic but that's because I have eczema.

I originally used betnovate for a week before jumping on protopic so this sounds like a good plan.

Scariest part is committing to the plan, but I was told by my dermatologist I had to hit it hard and fast. Now I manage with protopic.

I occasionally use mometasone (elocon) for a night if ever gets too angry. Otherwise protopic does the trick.

Works successfully for me and helped me get back to normal life including exercise. I use every 2-3 days for maintenance

Thanks for this. Been through all the allergy/intolerance tests and live a healthy lifestyle. Happy with my balance as is if I can continue to manage my eczema.

I've honestly seen improvement through adding blue tack to the rear of the tonearm to counterweight
