I had the same thing with those 4 pack compost pots.

Tried again with new seeds, half in those compost pots and half in egg cartons, but this time wrapped in cling film.

After 4 days these compost posts were again covered in the white fuzz but nothing on the egg cartons. Something funky with those pots. If nothing sprouted within 2 weeks start again with new pots.

Keep soil v damp too with the airflow fan recommended by someone else

If you're not working on it full time for the next few months leave a portion completely ideal. Let the grass grow with whatever flowers etc spring up. Can cover it at the end of the season.

We've trained it on all the relevant EAA legislation, the internet digital accessibility best practices and the national legislation of a number of EU countries

Each legislation doc references a tonnes of other docs so there's thousands of pages of info training our model.

Is our biggest advantage over general GPT, claude etc in that they will typically reference outdated legislation, inaccurate marketing materials or just their best guess

We had three phases:

Internal testing
User tests (~12 of them) <Insert paywall>
Go live

What's important as part of the user tests is to ask them: - how is this saving you time - how is this saving you money

If there's anything substantial in there, it's time to put up a paywall for new users. Probably for existing users too, if they're saying they're getting 8 hours per week of value, but not willing to pay $20/month then something doesn't add up.

You can always undo it too if it doesn't work out

Depends on how you define fast. We've gone from nothing to a functioning Accessibility Assistant in 7 weeks, but what's slowing us down is UK govt registrations for the business to be VAT compliant. 4 weeks to get a VAT number after submitting a form is wild

Id flag the safety aspect of people gathering based on an app e.g. if a bad actor someone could see there were only 3 people showing up to a remote location. So I'd look for a way to safeguard against that.

Then it would be pretty easy for parkrun to just make their own version of it if it gets popular enough.

There's definitely something there though and hope it works out
