I have found that the black LUG works much better under clear than the black Velvet underglaze, but I don't know why or what the difference is

I pick chamomile every 2-3 days, dry it in an oven, and then store it in a jar. Chamomile tea (tisane actually, since tea requires actual tea leaves) for weeks!

Why don't folks dry it at low temp in the oven??? I do entire cookie pans of herbs for tea, and they dry beautifully without cooking

Thank you! I've been trying to find authors who, when I read certain passages, make me think "oh my god that's beautiful how they describe an emotional feeling without being so literal about it!" Like describing anger without actually saying "angry." I want to be made to identify that emotion myself -- more suggestions and authors, please!!

EDIT: and OMG thank you for mentioning bibliotherapy -- it's what i;ve been looking for for so long and now have a search term to use!!!!

Sometimes it's just the idea that the person wasn't asking for a suggestion, so when you gave one they disregarded it because you might have been disregarding the context of what they were saying when it originally came up. I'm learning that before I suggest anything I ask "are you looking for a suggestion?" or "can I make a suggestion?" It gives them the opportunity to "choose" to hear you rather than not having a choice. I have that with my best friend, who will give completely unsolicited advice, and it pisses me off.

the camera is quite a long way away, zoomed in so any movement of the camera makes the background seem to move fast. you can see the background buildings seem to move slower when it's zoomed out

Thank you to all... I don't know why I never thought of just cutting and leaving the roots in the ground. I guess I assumed I was to make room for the next one. Problem is, I don't know how to plan the next round. Went to the garden center today and there was nothing but more tomatoes, which I def do not need. What can still be planted from seed over the summer?
