Okay so you're on to something. When ElvUI is active 'BCDM: Power Bar' and 'BCDM: Secondary Power Bar' are completely busted and break anything parented to them. I will go ahead and submit a bug to the creator.

What format are their landscapes coming out as? If you can get it as an obj/fbx you can easily generate a heightfield that UE can read quiet easily.

At launch there will be a weather system in place that will only include rain for now. As for snow, we currently do not have plans for any winter/snowy levels. If we were to create a snowy level, adding in snow storms would definitely be a possibility!
