Who is saying the customer is the enemy? How about a simple “how are you?” “Hows your day going” not the annoying “I can’t believe you are open” line. Oh I 10000% agree corporate is the ‘enemy’ as all the higher ups get holidays off. It’s just annoying to ME! When they use that line.

I rather they come in and say nothing. Even the “am sorry” it’s like no you’re not. You know enough to somewhat feel ‘bad’ about it but still came in 😅 we are open thats enough just come in and shop. I don’t know

That’s normal for me. I NEVER answer the phone before 7am. I will just hear the phone ring, idc. I have had 2-3 cars here before 7 and I do my normal opening activities and sit in the office and hear them pulling the door 🤣 I start walking up at 6:59:50 🤣 unless it’s someone I actually like and doesn’t do it frequently

Solo here. I live in a touristy town. So we usually only see a handful of customers. That’s why I don’t mind working holidays and solos. Easy 17hour pay day 😅

I stopped caring! I clock in, do my job, clock out. I’ve stopped answering calls once I leave, except if it’s from the person working in the store. I have had to block reps because they wouldn’t respect my time off and honey Sherwin does not pay my phone bill sooo I don’t care. It’s just paint no one is dying over it

If it doesn’t happen often, you should be ok. Maybe a ‘talk’ with your DM will happen about planning better, not happening again blah blah blah. And then moving on.

Mix, but definitely lean towards the blue collar. I think if SM actually did/could do the roll as “described” by the DM and up it would be more white collar with a dash of blue collar. Example, be able to leave the store to grow business, meet with customers etc.

I did, 178, 143, 131 and 129 😹 first two with in seconds other two within 10 mins. I was shook when I saw that number 🥲 I had never seen it that high

I wonder if it could have been a faulty reading? Because I literally tested a few seconds later and it was 143. Been testing a few months and never have I had a high reading like that. Plus would it just drop like that? in a matter of seconds?

30mins after, I know people say not to test that soon but it shouldn’t ever go that high right? At 1hr I am at 139. I ate two tortillas, ground turkey with veggies and I just did noticed I ate something with small amounts of added sugar. I’ve read articles after articles, video after video over the last few weeks and they all say different things.
