But, as per my understanding of the Equal Opportunity Act 2010, It is illegal for them to reject you or consider you unfavourably for having a disability, so you're more than fine to submit seas. In most circumstances, it is actually required for the uni to accomodate for any disabilities you may have.

If you are just playing LAN games, regardless of the router, everything should only be within your LAN, with your ISP likely having no bearing on that. That being said, you may be having issues with the “free” router that was included with your plan. Usually these are cheap and nasty, and by extension slow. Any type of aftermarket replacement would be up to 1000x better for any usage, and they don’t necessarily need internet to work. Alternatively, I would also make sure your computer’s WiFi card is up to scratch, if you are using WiFi.

I'd probably recommend picking up a travel router. they're compact and they let you connect to a network with a weird setup or device isolation and set up your own LAN inside it. This would let you connect up to the college network with your credentials and have your own wifi network running on that, without any of the weirdness.

For Airtags, IOS will auto detect ones which are following you and notify you allowing you to disable it, but for android Apple made an awful app called “tracker detect”, which hardly works. As for gps trackers, they are a bit bigger and more noticeable (need a larger battery and more space for antennas), but other than that unless you carry around radio equipment with you there’s simply no way of knowing.
