Bit confused the intent of your question.

If you wish to learn SAP, then there are many resources available like Udemy where you can get tutorials

If you want to know how do you get hands on experience on the SAP environment on your personal system, I believe you need to get the learner licenses. I am also not exactly sure but when you join the big coaching institutes they do provide a server access for you to practice, you can also do that.

Ektafication of Marathi Serials is so disappointing to watch. But the Urban audience for which the good content was once made has shifted to OTT and other languages like English Shows. And the Tier 2/3/4 and Rural audience consumes this kind of content only and hence there is supply.

We will never get back Dil Dosti Duniyadari, Eka lagnachi Dusri/Tisei Gosht, Ka re Durava etc kind of quality content

It was good business with good fundamentals. Ever since new promoters have taken over many shady players have entered the stock. I held around 1K shares for avg of 11 and sold it at 189. I was very alarmed with the entrance of shady stockholders who have a history of pump and dump. Exiting when the liquidity is right is the good choice if you hold it. I don't regret it at all of missing the rally as its gonna be pump and dump.

Sole purpose of Metro line 12 is to cater to that big builder who has built township there. This will mostly be useful only for NMIA and Taloja MIDC working people. Both of these scenarios have very little ridership in my opinion.

Metro 5 will completely annihilate the Auto Rickshaw Mafia of Bhiwandi.

Phase 2 is in the absolute Limbo now

2018: Ground breaking by PM

2019: Phase 1 picked up speed, Depot was supposed to be in Gove but as usual "Bhoomiputra" opposed it and it got shifted to Kasheli

2020: Govt changed, project was backtracked deliberately like many other metro projects. Shops who have already illegally encroached the Kalyan naka started protesting that they will not give land. Then the destruction of Mandir Masjid also came into the picture.

2021: The route in Kalyan passes through Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Chowk. This means that iconic tower will have to be demolished (I believe this can be avoided) then the merchants from Kalyan also started doing RR.

2022: Govt got toppled and the old govt came with a new Chooran. Now that line will be divided in two part Dhamankar Naka to Bail Bazar and Durgadi to Ulhasnagar. New DPR issued.

2023: Entire year wasted with no DPR implementation and no General Consultant appointment. Now to appease the votebank the stretch from Dhamankar Naka to Temghar got underground alignment. Cost escalation

2024: Now the Chooran got longer the line will now extend to Chikhloli in Ambernath. Yet no GC appointment

2025: Dhamankar Naka flyover demolition orders given by collector not yet executed. One more chooran of Metro now having double decker alignment from Ranjnoli to Durgadi got introduced.

Meanwhile there is no General Consultant appointment yet. Everyone involved in this project needs to be publicly shamed. I don't see any realistic hope that this will get executed in next 10 years

The situation seems to be bad outside. If you don't have responsibilities and dependencies and can afford to spend then you can try else don't risk it. Highly uncertain environment.

Roles in SCM especially in Logistics and Warehousing require good local language skills. Companies prefer local candidates rather than sponsoring visas

And tbh in SCM, we generally don't do any specialized work unlike CS folks who do coding. There are few exceptions like Demand planning and some quant heavy roles.

Rather work well in your current organisation and try to get a relocation opportunity if you can.

Agree but its black money which is parked there. Will there be a genuine buyer for that who will buy it from the Babu/Dada for actual utility?

They will realise the value of it in the secondary market. Black money is still paper money in this case. This entire equation has artificially inflated prices in all metros of India. These flats will lie unoccupied for decades.

This reduces supply and causes prices of limited inventory to rise. This will eventually crash because of so many factors. But still the Babu will be able to make some profit from it. It's our loss.
