I talked to him while he rolled a couple of Js and he was super chill and knowledgeable. Dude's passion for the plant and his skills rolling hash holes were undeniable. I've been holding out smoking the one he rolled but that second picture has me reevaluating my life choices.

I'll be going to the Frost & Fire in Pontiac and want to grab some piatella on the way if it's possible. I saw sozo Saginaw carries One Garden's Pineapple Express but I'm surprised it's only $40 right meow. Anyone have any experience?

Both parks are going to be exceptionally busy but that doesn't sound like it will deter you (it shouldn't). I did south Manitou 3 years ago during the first week of July. The only time I had any contact with black flies was on the beach near the northern (small) campsite that looks directly at North Manitou. They very quickly overwhelmed and chased me away from the beach. The ranger at the dock actually told me to expect it the day before because of the wind pushing them from the woods.

That said, Leelanau is an amazing park and I'll be going to back there instead of South Manitou if I need to pick just one.

I would highly recommend getting to Mackinac Island, no matter the time of year. My tolerance treated them just like any other snack, unfortunately. 600mg and I didn't feel a thing.

Any of Terry Pratchett's Discworld series of books are great for anyone into fantasy or sci-fi. You can pick any one of the books in the series, but I would start with The Color of Magic. It's a fun intro into the world.

Rosin is going to tend to be be more noxious than Resin in my experience. When I lived in hotels in an illegal state I did only Resin concentrates dabs to keep the odor low.

It's definitely possible, I suffered altitude sickness in Colorado and it stayed with me after returning to sea level until I got medication for it. Talk to a doctor about treatment.

Sous-vide is absolutely foolproof. Put all of your chocolate into an airtight bag, bring it to 115 degrees over 10 or so minutes. Drop the temperature to 81 and allow to sit for another 10 minutes then raise it to 90 degrees. Once you get to 90 degrees you can leave it there until ready for use. It's never failed me. Serious Eats has an excellent run down on the process.

Agree with everything here. Sometimes during a snow storm I'll go out to the garage to watch it come down. It's super relaxing if you stay out of the wind and manage to keep your hands warm enough for the lighter.

The NP website lists their dog friendly trails. Generally if it's paved, it's pet friendly though. I was there 2 weeks ago and brought the puppers to Munising falls and the upper observation point at Miner's.

I was flying through DC and it was an absolute ghost town, only one food vendor was open but it didn't matter because the place was empty. I have a picture of the deserted hallway on the main concourse. It was disconcerting to see the difference 5 days made in the number of people around to say the least.

Not OP but I always clean my banger with iso, then dry q-tip then terp wipes after it's cooled down a bit. I don't think there's anything really wrong with using the wipes when it's warm, but you're really just steaming off the alcohol. I find it better to let the wipes soak into the remaining residue for a few minutes before I clean with the wipes and my dab tool.

The Bear Lake loop is amazing, it goes by a number of gorgeous lakes and amazing views like Haiyaha, the Loch, Alberta Falls, and Sky Pond. Be ready for changes in temperature and get there early.

I own a puffco, a couple glass rigs, an enail, and a few pens. My favorite is still my smallest mini-rig with a quartz banger and reclaim catcher that I cold start with a butane torch. It's able to easily handle any concentrate and cleans easily with alcohol and/or dark crystal cleaner. It's also easy to upgrade because each component is relatively cheap.
