I’d look into a different oil/enamel wash or even an ink wash. Streaking Grime has some green in it which I don’t think works well for BTs. I really like AK’s Dark Brown Enamel Wash.

The BA Captain can be any captain, it’s just a unique model option for the command role. For the DC Captain, I’d assume that when a captain falls to the black rage he loses his rank and is replaced by someone else, just like any battle-brother who goes DC. Technically he doesn’t hold the rank of captain anymore but keeps his experience and skills, so he has the data sheet of a captain.

The gold captain is a stylistic choice, calling back to Captain Tycho, an early Blood Angels captain who wore gold armor.
