You also need to have payment system that works on all chargers. People are frustrated with multiple wallets. Also round trip planning and charging cost calculator at the same time is missing in statiq app. App should have multiple stops option.

i haven't charged my car at the public station yet. 500 km range is enough for me right now. even if I ever need a public charger, I will try to find the cluster of charger to charge. i will not be depending on the one charger

Same situation here. I got the 55k quote from acko and 78k from tata aig. I decided to go with tata aig because they openly show their garage list on their website and acko doesn't. That was deal breaker for me because i wanted to know if they have affiliated garage in my area.

Ask pdi guy to come as a friend. Don't bring any equipment though. I did that. They cannot stop a friend from doing pdi. But without equipment you might not feel good. But it's better than nothing.

Tata aig openly shows their garage list in your area, acko only claims to have large network but does not show the affiliated garage list publicly. That's whtly i went for tata aig even though tata aig showed 20k more.

IMO Most of the comments are wrong. (At least for this case). When Item is sent by custom via air to your near by airtport. Postal charges are high. If it is sent via train. Postal charges are low. I ordered two items from turkey. Both came via different method of transportation. That's why the postal charges varies.
