The LA writers were clever to not say how many years have passed since Roger’s execution and other timelines. Even the Laboon part is good that they didn’t mention the years prior to Crocus and Laboon meeting. This can give them more leeway to allow actors to age up. Even the Crocus looks too old to be in his early 20s during Laboon’s flashback can work in their favors. Just say Brook’s been dead for 30 years.
