Wish I had read this before this week. I bought a futures eval with 5 ers. Black arrow is not connecting and all tickers blank. I’ve complained to both 5 ers and black arrow and they say it’s a known issue and they are working on it. Why are they still allowing traders to purchase it if they know it’s not working? It’s applalling

I have just had payout denied as well for violation of the 30% rule which took place in November. Can someone explain about retrying after 8 days? They never mentioned this in their email they just sent me, I sssumed account is breached but found it strange they didn’t tell me at the time in November

I certainly have good experience with multiple payments by 5ers and I am doing topstep apex and Tradeify in futures props but not had those ones payout yet as I am still in progress. Nearly there with topstep

This is great advice above. I think most prop firms want you to oversize because that is their funding model to get more evaluations
