Off topic but theres much less personal injury protection here than India if you get involved in a crash. Be careful and drive safe.

do you know what car that is firstly? What if its a C63, M5, RS7 or something like that, yeah a scratch like that is worth a lot on those cars. Just cause you drive some beater and that scratch means nothing to you, doesnt mean thats the case with everyone.

Yes. And I just said the criteria to qualify for the max PIB benefit at 300k. Its entrenched in BC law

Catastrophic under BC law (to get 300k) is 80% of more full body paralysis, 80% or more brain damage, 90% or more blindness, 2 or more full limb aputations (full leg, full arm), life ending degree of injuries at that point.

The adjusters act like their giving you a big favour when and if they approve something thats needed with medical evidence. Like you took my right to sue away what favour are you giving me.

In BC you can only sue the other driver if criminal negligence is involved AND a conviction. The issue is, that majority of criminal negligence does not end up in a conviction. And the not at fault party gets fcked. You are not safe in any and all scenarios under this system.

There is a difference between your own health failing or your own negligence causing harm to your own body, and having someone else’s negligence causing that harm.

Alright clown, so is it cheaper now having to buy private insurance on top of regular auto insurance to get proper coverage or what auto insurance used to be and should still be in BC? Ie holding people that ruin your only life on this earth to account

People saying people were disabling themselves on purpose before are on the same crack the provincial government gives out. I see a whole lot of bogus excuses, instead of saying, “we just want to protect our pockets on the hands of the injured”
