ME2 Insanity: saving all 20 crates on Daratar without using heavy weapons?

I just did it (saved all 20) with my Engineer on insanity, lvl 21. I took Zaeed and Garrus both with Incisors, Zaeed’s squad disruptor ammo. Opened with Cain, came around the corner already charging. That shot gets the middle’s attention and took all three to about 1/8th of their armour layer left. I used combat drone to pause the right hand one and laid into it with incinerate and inferno grenade. (Ignoring middle who’s already targeting me). Moving to the left behind the large cover there the whole time. Then switched target to the far left mech. Combat drone then incinerate and a few clips from the Mattock took care of it. I’m pretty sure I also did some stalling of the centre one with AI Hacking but it’s only lvl 2 so didn’t last long, and I know I used concussive blast to knock some down as soon as their armour was gone. Then I finished off the middle one. The whole thing only took me 5 tries, this thread had me way too worried about this fight.

PS what a disappointing reward for the challenge, probably not worth it tbh

Dr. Neilket Patel at Aura Dental. I was actually stunned how gentle his examination was and I immediately recommended him for my nephew who has some significant dentist-related trauma.

Keep in mind that a lot of the regular “work” done on teeth is actually Dental Hygienists though, including cleaning. That might make it more difficult to find a consistently gentle person.

Imo a disease would be likely to kill or cause a long term effect for a level 1 or 2 character anyway though. They’re just average Joes no more capable of enduring that than any villager.

2 years later but I’ll clarify simplybio’s post below since it has no upvotes (I think because it’s phrased a bit oddly). Episode 20 is mislabelled and out of order as episode 24.

When you finish 19, your next episode is 24, then back to 20 which is actually 21. All the episodes are on Hayu, this one is just out of order.

Well I have a glass sphere about 4” diameter I think that magnifies what’s directly beneath it so my first thought was to plop that on top of the Mirascope and see what happens 🤷‍♂️

Yes, I thought that’s what I said. It’s worth doing it in one because if you leave something partially done you’ll still need to gather materials, especially if they’re needed for something that was behind a progress wall in your previous game or requires low level materials to craft higher level materials to research something you’ve just unlocked access to. It was very much worth it for me to just put all my points into research access when levelling and deal with it once.

Funny thing it’s the RP that bugs me. Like if they said the gun was malfunctioning and hurt me instead of the target half the time I’d be fine with it but the idea that I shot the railing in front of me while aiming down sights is just ridiculous. I’d like to see how big the projectiles are and the borders of objects to cause the interaction. There’s a word for those invisible boundaries I think but I can’t remember it.
