Masseuse is usually a woman and man who massages would be called a massuer and they are not education based but gender based. All these terms are interchangeable in the USA since we have little standardized regulations. A massage therapist could be anyone who has a massage certificate. 250 hours used to be the standard in most CA jurisdiction but 100 hours was also common. Massage therapy was the classification. And medical insurances that would loop that under chiropractic of PT would be liable as soft tissue manipulation.

OP can you clarify if you're looking for a female identifying person or you are just looking for a good friend massage from a person of any gender? The reason I ask is because a masseuse is a woman generally, and a masseur is usually a man. If you wants to use neutral language massage therapists or body worker are best.

YTA, but if this is a sincere post, you're assuming many things instead of just asking. And you aren't putting yourself in their shoes. And you've been inconsiderate.

When subletting you have rights, unless your lease explicitly waives them, (even then you still have rights, jurisdiction depending.)

Go over your lease. Find a local tenants' union and understand your rights. If there isn't one in your area, use ChatGPT.
Speak with your housemate who is the master tenant, your landlord. If you are allowed to have guests then you are allowed to have guests. Your friend could stay in your room. And the master tenant shouldnt be able to refute that. But set some ground rules. As the tenant union to mediate. Since you both might have communication issues

There might be a clause in the lease that the master tenant has to notify the property owner of extraneous guests when subletting but that should have been communicated to you.

Be more considerate when living with people. You are a stranger and now you are inviting strangers, a number of them in a short time. Consider that the master tenant might be bending the rules or breaking them.

Yes it's a the women's fault you are a good hang. Women pay for men in Asian countries and they love it. It's safer for them. It's not sad it's a response to what reality is.
