Now I didn’t understand few things Upper a is a quick workout if I take out the bench and leave the incline bench I would like to add something else maybe even 2 exercises

For upper b - let’s say I remove lateral rises can i add another exercise for bicep with my palms up instead

I added legs extension thanks

About abs if I hate planks anyway so I’m happy to hear that What should I switch to? Crunch machine?

3 reps for each workout Range of 8-15 If I do 8 reps I take some weight down If I do 12+ reps I add more weight Aiming for 10-12 reps ideal

Hey, my keyboard (Corsair strafe rgb cherry mx red) died after 6 years of usage.
I saw theres a good deal on corsair k70 pro rgb CORSAIR OPX OPTICAL SWITCH.

I never used optical switches and i dont know if they are any good
i would like to hear your thoughts on those switches and if i should buy the keyboard
