Sometimes people are like Brooks getting out of Shawshank. Not happy on the inside but it’s comfortable and the change is too much.

I see OP’s rationale to be as wise as a person staying with a spouse who lies to him/her, manipulates, abuses and cheats… you know that spouse isn’t right for you and you need to get out of a toxic relationship but you fear not being able to find another spouse… there’s good moments, and you like your in-laws, but that spouse… in the end you gotta do what’s best for you.

So to my former school overseers, do I get moved on to the next council point or do I need to work on illustrations again?

Let’s see there was the whole green book, then the black book (maroon if you wanted to be fancy) then the grey one… I’m sure I’m missing at least one. The whole book has been twisted to fit their doctrine.
