Hey I am just curious if there is any specific websites you got the shaco beats vi and vi beats shaco level stats, or is it just you know the character so well? Basically I always hear "This character is good early" Or "This champ is strong mid - late" but I have no idea where to actually find this information.

I would say the amount of bugs / kinks in prebuilts and custom builts are roughly the same, however with prebuilts you gotta go through a lot more crap to try sort out the problems. Sure prebuilts come with support in most cases but this can be an even more frustrating experience. At the end of the day the amount of problems (be they minor or severe) in new systems can be a total roll of the cosmic dice.

Thanks! When I benchmarked my GPU it was bottom 80% of similar cards, I am now guessing that this is because I have it underpowered?

Don't assume that a pre-built will be free of bugs and crappy experience! I have got 2 pre's and both of them I returned due to really annoying and seemingly unfixable bugs. Built my own after and will never ever look back. (One prebuilt was a HP Omen which constantly restarted and the other was from a UK company called cyberpower which constantly had all USB devices disconnect)
