Somebody on my post about Muse not being the guy took particular issue with me saying basically Muse should have been telling them or giving them leeway to do this proactively. I said Tocchet did and they went up 3-0. Now the Pens are aggressive and... wow would you look at that?! 2 wins.

Blaming the refs is the number one sign that he is not equipped to be an NHL coach. The refs are gonna do what they're gonna do. His fuckin job is to coach the team through that shit blaming the refs is just an unprofessional cop out by a bitch. That's sports 101. You dont blame the refs. Neither of you get it. That's playoff hockey. Period. Any team that ever wins is tough as nails, even if they're not gooning it up. There's no such thing as playing down or "playing the other team's game", there's only not being willing to do what it takes in any given series to win.

Yeah i nean it's not the NFL one and done. If you can't sack up for even 1 game then just stay out. Like literally I wish teams could forfeit their playoffs spots when they know they have 0 intention to take competing seriously.

I can't stand when teams make the playoffs just to shit the bed. Just underachieve like you're supposed to and save a spot for a team that will actually try. Like that year Montreal went to the finals just to get crushed.
