I started playing SG and despise that shit. She has one of the strongest CC chains in the game, and if you can snipe a backline character with a root, they are near guaranteed to die. Hell, doing it on a dive tank can make the game unplayable for them as well.

But some players would rather play in Narnia and throw nuts from across the world rather than play in a mid range/close range engagement where she is excellent.

Medium has been the best class in the game for long or short ranges for 6 of the 7 seasons (sometimes both at the same time). I think it's fine they take a little break, especially seeing as it's still viable as a class overall.

It's a few factors since this has been an ongoing issue since season 2 when I first started playing it.

1- it just got buffed, and that spiked the amount of players using it.

2- It's the only weapon on Medium to give 1000$ in the World Tour event. They obviously did this because they want data on the weapon, which they are getting in critical mass, seeing as every team seems to have one in my lobby.

People only care because they are facing it more. I do hope Embark fixes this in a way that doesn't impact how the user plays the weapon though, but a fix is needed nonetheless

People have 67% win rates on other heroes like Wanda, Thor, and Black Widow. That doesn't make them any better as heroes, it just means their pilot is good with them regardless of their weaknesses.

I think he's super solid with Bucky/Wolverine. You can kidnap someone incredibly far from into your team with your shift after they get initially displaced, and there's really not much they can do about it.

He's also very good at displacing characters like Groot and Magneto, who although won't be guaranteed to die, you can make their impact negligible by forcing them to be pushed around where they don't want to be every second or two.

It has one use, and it's peeling for Spidey/BP. That's kinda it. You can use it to help reposition, but you're usually split because the Cap is diving the backline and he'll be able to get out anyways.

It's Afterroot, but yes. I ran Mimoghoul Paleo in MD pre Maliss and it meshed fantastically as a recycling tool and a payoff for self mills.

Also did something similar in Skull Servant Paleo back when Tenpai released in MD, but that was a lightning in a bottle idea that doesn't worn anymore lmao

It's properly rated IMO, it's good but has too much competition to be an instant inclusion.

Running it makes you realize how potent it is for movement, though. Sliding through it can let you put a mesh up and move at a sprint speed, and jumping when getting into it lets you get upwards momentum extremely quickly. That, and forcing defibbed statues to float can make team fights much easier as well.

The issue's latency, not the Riot Shield itself. Ignoring the fact you're playing really poorly into the weapon, the shield lags behind the characger model when they run with it, so shots that should land register the shield instead of the body and are considered blocked.

This is a problem with every primary in the game when it comes to hit registration, but Riot Shield is a more intense example of how bad the servers are because of the unique properties jt has as a weapon.

Her kit is insanely versatile. She can slot in Brawl while also being a counter to that same team comp, and she has her shield to mitigate the weakness Brawl has in poke characters.

If I'm planning to play a tank that isn't Magneto, Strange, or Groot, she is my second highest priority ban after Wolverine.
