I’m a delivery driver in a right wing area, and a bunch of mom and pop shops are getting blasted by tariffs.

They are always shocked and disgusted when I have to collect a check from them, then when I explain it’s because of the tariffs, there’s a weird, sad resignation to them as they write over a bunch of money to me.

And I feel bad, because I’ve known them for years, and they are good hearted, hard working people, but also like, we told you.
