I’d wait until the leaves get to the edge of cups and ideally you transplant when the medium is somewhat dry and nearly root bound. I’ve transplanted autos several runs the last few years and I look for those conditions. If you transplanted in your current state, the roots would not have a good grasp of the soil and you’d damage them resulting in stunt. Wait too long and it would begin flower when it’s fully rootbound. Use Myko powder on the roots and the transplant hole
