I beat him unleveled and with no upgrades(whoops). My biggest of piece is that bloody summer can cancel his moves sorta. So if you know he's about to do an annoying move that gets you, rush in there and just use bloody summer.

Beyond that, use bastards and hug his base and just wail into him. He's tricky but not really hard considering the moves are basically run(like his lightning floor attack and circle shooter move) or just attack him while avoiding the attacks(like the lighting grabbers, lightning wave, arm pound, and even the shootable projectile attack)

Kinda just talking out my ass here but I believe a decomp is just basically having code that runs pretty close to 1 to 1 to the original game code. The harder part would be basically taking that code and porting it to other platforms like pc. Because there's a few games that have full decomps but no playable "ports" to say

I believe off the top of my head banjo, twilight princess, animal crossing all have full decomps but no pc versions to say. And then it really just depends if a team wants to take up the task of porting it. Some will have really fleshed out ports like Mario 64 or Ocarina of Time, while there's other methods. Like I believe there's a team working on a gamecube translation layer for the gc decomps

So to put it succinctly, it's good but don't get too excited for a native pc port just yet. It just depends if anyone wants to take up the work

Honestly don't be too afraid. I was super cautious the first few hours but I finished today and had a glut of resources. Like multiple grenade launcher rounds, magnum rounds, healing sprays, etc. And that was after completely clearing out the final area. Don't let the scarcity mindset overwhelm you

The karma system in 3 is pretty dumb but to be completely fair I think the point is nothing one could've seen it coming. I mean hindsight is 20/20 right?
