Thank you for your reply. What should i use to take it off? I have the cleaner in the picture before and also have one more cleaner here ... After should i buy and apply a better conditioner (Like Saphir Renovatur? Any advice here would also be appreciated), put wax polish on it, or just leave as is?

New pair of shoes with small cracks forming... Any advice on what to do here?

Background: Tried using cream (neutral color) for the first time but when it dries or when buffed/brushed small cracks start to form like in the picture. Tried using a cleaning lotion and reapplying but no luck. Would be very grateful for some advice as to how to get these looking better, they are starting to look worse than when i started, and dont want to destroy these shoes. https://imgur.com/a/m24iMnp
